It was an absolute pleasure working with Cecilia at Valdez Mini Schnauzers from day one. She was always extremely informative, constantly providing updates on our new puppy, with every milestone captured by either video or photo. Anytime I had a question, she responded right away. Immediately after submitting our deposit, she requested a video call to meet my wife and me. Not only did this allow us to see the living conditions of the puppies, but it also gave her the chance to see our home, ensure our backyard was securely fenced, and confirm that the puppy was going to a good family. By the way, the living conditions for the puppies at her house were absolutely amazing—everything was clean, tidy, and well organized. We could instantly tell the litter was well taken care of. She was always quick to respond. If I wanted to see the puppy live, she was more than happy to hop on a video call right away. It was very evident that Cecilia is passionate about miniature Schnauzers, and most importantly, about ensuring each puppy goes to a good home. She provided countless tips and techniques long before we even brought our new puppy home. When the day came to pick up our puppy at Cecilia’s home, that too was an amazing experience. She provided a detailed written guide covering everything we needed: feeding schedule, potty schedule, immunization records, vet visits, and more. She also gave us a beautiful blanket with the littermates’ and parents’ scents on it, our puppy’s favorite treats, a bag of puppy food, two of his favorite toys, and several other items I’m sure I’m forgetting. Because of all she provided, the transition for our new puppy was seamless. He felt at home right away and is doing amazingly well. I’m sure there are even more positive things I could mention, but at the end of the day, if you’re looking for an amazing experience from start to finish, look no further than Cecilia at Valdez Mini Schnauzers. You will not be disappointed.

Cecilia was a dream to work with in getting our puppy, Rocket. She made the whole process seemless and more importantly, it’s obvious she loves and cares about her dogs. Our puppy is perfect- beautiful, healthy and and all around well behaved and happy guy. It’s clear she worked with him and provided plenty of enrichment. He had no problem attaching to us. Rocket is an all around fantastic puppy with a sweet disposition.

Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
