I'm Elena R., the breeder behind Victorious White Shepherds located in Buffalo, NY. I strive to breed healthy puppies of exceptional quality. I select my dogs for breeding based on their merit, health, stamina, and talent for performance. All my dogs have extensive health clearances and the results are accurately recorded and openly shared.
Q. & A. with Elena
Why did you start breeding?
Breeding, raising and training dogs became my passion since 1985. I started with German Shepherds and Rough Collies. When I moved to the USA, I discovered White Shepherds, and I instantly fell in love. I have been breeding, raising, training and competing with them ever since. I am proud to be awarded Breeder of Merit status by American Kennel Club in 2016.
What makes your program special?
My goal is to breed healthier, stronger puppies with low Coefficient of Inbreeding. I breed only dogs that proved themselves as solid performance or working dogs. For dogs to be competitive in sport, they must be biddable, team players, highly trainable and able to work under pressure. Puppies form such dogs have the best chance to be exceptional in every respect.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
