Meet the breeder

I'm Julie D., the breeder behind Vidadoodle located in Litchfield, NH. Health and temperament is our first priority. At Vidadoodle, we choose healthy, genetically tested parents and utilize intentional early neurological stimulation, early scent introduction, Empowered puppy and Puppy Culture curriculum to provide families with an amazing pet or quality therapy dog.

Q. & A. with Julie

  • Why did you start breeding?

Our first Bernedoodle, Mico, was my emotional support dog, as his joining our family offered us comfort and a soft neck to cry into as we mourned the sudden loss of my brother, Mike. Mike encouraged everyone to pursue their passion. It is his inspiration that encouraged me to pursue my passion for breeding Bernedoodles. Now, his legacy lives on with each puppy added to our special families.
  • What makes your program special?

As a small, family breeder, we only breed Bernedoodles and are careful to breed only healthy dogs with good temperaments. Our goal is that every family will get a puppy that is top-quality, healthy, adorable, and resilient. Our puppies are raised to be amazing pets or therapy dogs. We are passionate about what we do, and we look forward to connecting you with you perfect puppy.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies include medium and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include sable, black and white, tri-color, and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

Julie has got to be one of the Top Breeders ever! I watched her for two months on a Pet cam. She was more attentive than anything I have ever seen. Cleaning, changing pads always, washing the floors down. The whelping area, immaculate! She was always available for any questions. The payments through Gooddog worked perfectly. My puppy is pretty much potty trained and crate trained. From day one in my home she slept in crate with no problems, she whimpered at back door and in 1 week has had 1 pee accident close to the backdoor. Julie spent the time to setup the new owners for success. Handbooks, knowledge and the most thoughtful goodie bags to take home for the new pup. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Julie is amazing and my puppy is better than Great!
