Our dogs are fed a vet approved human grade food that is made in my home. They also receive supplements that are necessary for Corgis to keep their joints and bones healthy.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

+8Dorie was so helpful and sweet throughout the whole process of my adoption. She provided me with the information about the diet that Loki’s parents were currently on and what supplements they took. The experience with Dorie and Scott was wonderful. We were referred to them by a family we met locally, who adopted from a previous litter. As soon as I located them on GoodDog, Dorie was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. We kept in touch for months until Pepper was expecting her litter. Dorie is extremely knowledgeable on the breed and wants nothing but the best for the puppies. Now 2 weeks post-gotcha day, it's evident how much socialization, desensitization, and house training took place in our puppy's formative weeks. Wish we could've adopted all of them!

Our experience with Dorie and her husband was amazing. She was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns and was extremely accommodating during the process of getting Otis. Dorie and her husband also met us half way from her home and our home to drop off Otis which we were so grateful for. He is a great pup that we love so so so much. Dorie and her husband were wonderful during our entire experience. Dorie was outstanding with her responsiveness to all of our inquiries day or night. Now that we have had our pup for a few weeks it is extremely evident that she worked closely with him on potty training and being open to hugs and kisses. My wife and I would strongly recommend Virginia Beach Corgis to anyone interested in a good corgi puppy!
