I'm Hadassah W., the breeder behind Webb's Wold Kennels located in Scio, OR. We raise healthy family-friendly AKC Golden Retriever puppies that will be your forever friend. We especially focus on desensitization and calm personality. The puppies are handled daily and raised inside our home. Each puppy goes home with a puppy package and AKC papers. We feed high quality food.

Why did you start breeding?
My now deceased Golden Retriever (was 13), Mercy, had the best personality of any dog I had seen so I wanted to pass along her disposition. I have saved her daughter and niece for continuing the line. I also choose my studs based on their temperaments. I wanted other families to enjoy the love and friendship of a sweet dog. There is nothing better than a dog's snuggle to heal the soul.
What makes your program special?
I only have a few litters a year so that I can devote my time to the puppies so that they get plenty of individual attention. I raise them in my home so that the puppies are started on potty and crate training. We have lots of room on our property for the puppies to play and explore. The first 8 weeks are important for the socialization of puppies and we provide an excellent environment for them.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include dark golden and light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Hadassah

Hadassah has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Hadassah partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

Puppy prices include a $500 refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Ruby is giving me a side eye look because she's not sure about a bigger pen to keep clean but the puppies will have more room to play. Ruby is an excellent mother and keeps her nest very clean and cleans up after the puppy. She is an extremely attentive mother but is starting to spend more time away from them to get some rest. This is very normal for a mother at this stage.

About Ruby
Ruby is the best and most gentle dog in the entire world. We fell in-love with her the day we met her and continue to fall more and more in love. She has gone through 4-H with my daughter and won many competitions. She has a trick dog, Canine Good Companion, and Obedience titles. She has won many 4-H Obedience shows. Ruby is also extremely intuitive about people's feelings. She shows her love by bringing us our socks or clothing and carries around someone's items of clothing while they are gone until they come home. She is gentle with all creatures. We live on a farm and she is gentle with chickens, ducks, lambs, horses, and cows. She makes friends with all dogs and humans she meets. She is beautiful on the inside and out. We can't say enough about how amazing this dog is.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
