The entire process of finding our pup with Krista was smooth and easy! As first time puppy owners, we had many questions and Krista made sure to take the time to answer our questions thoroughly. She gave us great recommendations to make our transition to having a puppy smooth and easy. Krista and her husband were flexible when our travel plans to pick up our pup, Howdy (now Finn) got disrupted. We've now had him for about two months and he is our sweet and sassy little guy who loves to explore this world. Bringing Ellie (Salutations) home has been such a heartwarming journey! Krista was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive—exactly what I needed as a first-time puppy parent. We drove 9 hours to pick up Ellie in Ohio, and she was a little angel the whole way—slept through most of it and didn’t get carsick once! It’s been almost a month now, and she’s settled in so well—so have I. Ellie has the sweetest temperament any owner could wish for. You can tell she was raised with love—she’s gentle, happy, and full of curiosity. She’s now 11 weeks old, thriving in the city, and doing great with potty training. Still figuring out how to tell me when it’s time, but she’s already going outside like a pro. I’m so proud of my smart little girl!
