I'm Janeen S., the breeder behind Western Star Corgis located in Ravenna, OH. We strive to produce outstanding puppies that are structurally sound, healthy, intuitive and have wonderful temperaments. We raise happy and well-socialized puppies by exposing them to many experiences on our farm. Our dogs work hard, play hard, love hard, and are part of the family.

Why did you start breeding?
We wanted to do our part to better the breed. Our breeding program strives to maintain the unique characteristics of the Pembroke Welsh Corgi while placing an emphasis on producing puppies of superior health, temperament, and working drive.What makes your program special?

Getting a puppy from Janeen
Janeen has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“This includes micro chipping, first vaccine, health certificate from our vet, proper de worming, dew claws removed tails docked and a go home goodie bag. The deposit is collect after I have a pup for you when they are about 3-4 weeks old. It will go towards the purchase of the pup due upon pick up.”
Contract & health guarantee
Janeen may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
