I'm Alexa V., the breeder behind Westland Kennels located in Tremonton, UT. We selectively pick our dogs to be in our program and have and will travel out of state to do so. I’ve had a love for Cane Corsos for 6 years. I also actively show Cane Corsos in AKC events.
Q. & A. with Alexa
Why did you start breeding?
Ive always been into breeding and showing. When I was younger I bred and showed rabbits for a while til I could get my dream dog breed and start to show them. Showing cane corsos is such a great feeling and especially when you make friends that are just as in love with the breed as you are.
What makes your program special?
We constantly are showing and comparing them to other dogs in the breed. So we can get a better insight on our breeding stock.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include gray and fawn, chestnut brindle, black, black brindle, fawn, gray, gray brindle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
