Getting a puppy from Ann
Ann has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Ann partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.
"We take great care in placing puppies with their families. At 6 weeks old puppies will be chosen in order of deposit."
Price
"The price includes first vaccines, deworming, a vet check and microchip. All of our puppies are the same price regardless of size."

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Ichthyosis, Golden Retriever Type 1, PRA, Golden Retriever 2, PRA, Golden Retriever 1
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

If you are on the fence regarding this website and this breeder I encourage you to go for it! From the start Ann was amazing waking me through the process and so kind and thoughtful. She called me to talk through any concerns I had and happily sent medical paperwork going back generations so I could feel confident our puppy had gotten every genetic test possible and was as healthy as possible. She was great at matching our pup to our personality and needs and even shared videos every week as she grew. She used FaceTime to help us pick the perfect dog for our families needs. This is my first purchase from a breeder and as a vet tech I could not have been more impressed, she was a dream to work with.

+5Ann was so responsive and helpful throughout the process. Pictures every week as the pup grew, great communication as the time came for pickup. Our pup, McTavish (Mac for short), is an absolute delight, he was well socialized and very gentle. Ann guided us to a pup that would be good with our 1 year old grandson and be a calm future comfort dog, working in hospitals and at schools. Watching the interaction between our grandson and Mac is a delight and hilarious. they have been nicknamed Chaos and Havoc.
