I'm Janis D., the breeder behind Willdom Tollers located in Richmond, VA. I breed and show top-quality Tollers. My primary focus when breeding is on health, temperament, and adherence to the breed standard. Since Tollers can tend to be shy, I look for a confident and outgoing personality in my breeding dogs, and I foster that in my puppies as well. I work hard to produce puppies that are excellent representations of the breed.

Why did you start breeding?
Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers are an incredible breed. Although I did not originally intend to breed my dogs, I decided to start breeding to preserve the wonderful qualities I found in my current female. She's an amazing dog, and I am proud to continue her line.What makes your program special?
When I bring a life into the world, I make sure it gets the best start possible. This includes proper health care and socialization for each puppy, but it starts even earlier than birth. I set my puppies up for success by carefully selecting the parents of each litter, keeping in mind factors such as health, temperament, ability, and personality. My goal is to choose parents who will bring out the best qualities in each other and produce well-balanced puppies.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
