Q. & A. with Brooke

  • Why did you start breeding?

Rachel got into breeding in 2016 at the age of 11 when one of our close family friends Jennifer Allen, located in Sparta MO, bred her second litter of French bulldogs. She fell in love with the breed right away, and the concept of breeding. I could not get her away from Jennifers house and away from those puppies, and in the end we adopting Rachels baby girl, Willow, from that very litter.
  • What makes your program special?

Our puppies are raised in our home, as apart of the family. I can’t even begin to explain how much I love each and everyone of them and their different personalities. I put a lot of time in effort into each in every puppy, preparing them for their future forever homes and families. I am dedicated to the breed, and my girls. Only producing the best and healthiest. Willow and Oakley are my children, and I would do anything for them, I always make sure that they take pregnancy well, and if they ever didn’t they would be retired immediately. Willow is planned to be retired after her next litter (her second) and will live out the rest of her life with me being spoiled. Oakley is planned to have one, possibly two more after her current (her current litter was her first) since she took pregnancy and whelping her puppies well, then she will be retired as well. I breed because I love it, and any profit I make is going into savings for my future college expenses. Not only do I give so much to my dogs and puppies, but breeding has given me something you can’t put a price on. The honor of seeing the beauty of life, good and bad, teaching me responsibility, dedication, determination, patience, stress and time management, and bringing more love and joy than I could ever explain. I do this to see the sheer happiness, joy, and contentment on a new owners face when they meet their puppy for the first time. The beauty of that moment makes every bad day worth it.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include cream and fawn. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
