I'm Aaron K., the breeder behind WindShire Kennel located in Honey Brook, PA. My wife and I with our 3 little children have Pugs and French bulldogs. We strive for healthy, well socialized and family raised puppies. At WindShire Kennel we have AKC Champion Bloodlines and strive for AKC Standard Conformation in both Pugs and French Bulldogs.

    Our Pug puppies are fawn. French Bulldog puppies include brindle, fawn, and fawn and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Aaron

Aaron has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Aaron partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit. The remaining $2,000 - $5,500 is due at pickup, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes, vet checked, microchipped, and a puppy bundle kit. A deposit is requested once a puppy is picked out. To only get on the waiting list for upcoming litters we request a $100. deposit (Non-Refundable) to hold spot.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Vet Wellness Exam

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    We couldn’t be happier with our experience! I spent a long time researching breeders because bringing a puppy into our family was a big decision, and I wanted to feel confident that we were choosing someone who genuinely cared about their dogs and breed standards. When I found Aaron, I could tell right away that his puppies were raised with love in a family environment, which was exactly what we were looking for. Since we live in Florida and would be purchasing a puppy from out of state, I was naturally a little apprehensive about the process. Aaron was more than happy to arrange a video call so we could see our puppy, ask questions, and get to know him a little before making the trip. That meant so much to us and really helped put our minds at ease. I also took the time to research his inspection records and licensing information, and everything I found gave me even more confidence in our decision. My husband flew to Pennsylvania to meet Aaron and bring our little guy home, and the entire experience was wonderful. The property was beautiful, Aaron was incredibly kind and accommodating, and it was clear that he cared about the puppies and where they were going. Our puppy came with his microchip, veterinary records, AKC registration and even the sweetest little goodie bag to help us get started. As soon as we got home, we took him to our own veterinarian for a thorough checkup, and he passed with flying colors! We couldn’t have been happier with that visit or with how healthy and happy our boy was. What has meant just as much is the care Aaron has continued to show even after our puppy came home. He has checked in on him, asked how everything is going with our new puppy. It’s reassuring to know that he genuinely cares about his dogs long after they leave his home. Our little Louie is now officially a Florida boy, and we honestly can’t imagine our family without him!! :) He has brought us so much joy already, and my kids absolutely adore him. It’s amazing how quickly such a little guy can become such a huge part of your heart and your family! I would wholeheartedly recommend Aaron to anyone looking for a puppy. I know how overwhelming it can feel trying to find a trustworthy breeder, especially when purchasing from out of state, and I’m so grateful we found him. Our experience gave us confidence and peace of mind, and we truly feel that Aaron cares about the well being of his puppies and finding them loving homes. Thank you Aaron, for raising such a wonderful little boy and for being so kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process.
