Meet the breeder

I'm Holly M., the breeder behind Windsor Poodles located in Dubuque, IA. We are passionate about Poodles and look forward to sharing the breed with others who love it just as much as we do! Our puppies are lovingly raised in our home as part of our family so that we can prepare them to be wonderful additions to yours.

Q. & A. with Holly

  • Why did you start breeding?

My first Poodle, Missie, was the start for me. Nobody wanted her because she wasn't a very cute puppy, but I loved her and wanted to give her the best life. She grew into herself and became an absolutely beautiful dog, and it turned out her mother was a UKC champion. It was through her that I fell in love with the Poodle breed and decided to start my breeding program.
  • What makes your program special?

Our program is special because of our dogs. Poodles are such a joy, and we find so much fulfillment in raising and preparing them for their loving, forever homes. We are very dedicated to what we do and what we are trying to achieve as breeders. We are passionate about our dogs and puppies, and our love for this breed shines through in every aspect of our breeding program.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
