Q. & A. with Michelle
Why did you start breeding?
Dogs have always been my favorite animal and I always wanted to work with them. When I got my first Swedish Vallhund, I decided it would be nice to finally live that little dream I had as a child. Some people want to be astronauts, I wanted to be a dog breeder. It is such a joy to be living out my dream and helping others find happiness through these dogs!
What makes your program special?
I put all of myself into raising my litters of puppies. Puppies are raised in my house in the living room amongst all of my other dogs. My older dogs help clean and babysit when the mom wants a break. I also expose them to different sounds and surfaces, helping each puppy to build confidence. I am determined and dedicated to preparing each and every pup to excel and thrive in their forever home.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
