I'm Sarah C., the breeder behind Woodsong European English Springer Spaniels located in Nashua, NH. Our European spaniels are bred for health structure and temperament. They are temperament tested and evaluated against the Breed standard. They’re active in the field the agility ring the obedience ring, fun things like dock diving and fast cat. They also enjoy a lot of time on the couch or chair next to us.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include liver white and roan, liver and white, and liver white and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Sarah

Sarah has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Sarah partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 8 weeks old.

“We take care in doing temperament testing and matching the energy and the type of puppy to the home. It’s going to temperament testing can’t be properly done till around eight weeks. We provide Facebook videos and Live feeds so people are able to watch the puppies. We can also schedule FaceTime.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 refundable deposit and between $1,800 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Includes first round of vaccinations, deworming, AKC registration, genetic testing, NH veterinary certificate. They also go home with a puppy pack of the food. blanket toys collar food started on. If we are unable to fulfill a puppy full deposit will be refunded. Otherwise deposits are nonrefundable.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Vet Wellness Exam

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
