We are coming up on Yuki’s 1st birthday this year and here’s what I have to say about my journey to get him. John was the best!! He gave me my best friend. He was thoughtful about any questions or concerns I had and always personable when talking to me. He updated me on everything and all the appointments before even getting Yuki. We met in person to hand off the dog and we received Yuki wrapped in his baby blanket that he still loves today.
Something that is huge for me is how well they cared for the pups before we even got him. With the pups living with mom and dad since they are born, they picked up on habits from them. This made potty training a breeze. In the whole year I have had Yuki, I can count on one of my hands the number of accidents he’s had inside. It was like he came to me potty trained. It was a miracle.
I couldn’t recommend him enough for anyone looking for a shar pei. Every vet I brought Yuki to said he was definitely blessed in the genetics department, as he had no need for eye tacking. As long as they are around, I would send anyone looking for a shar pei to him.
