I'm Mandi Y., the breeder behind Yates Family Farm located in Cornelia, GA. Our puppies are raised in our home and receive early socialization, basic command training, crate training, grooming preparation, and desensitization to everyday sights, sounds, smells, and handling. They go home with a generous puppy package and lots of love from our family.

Why did you start breeding?
I grew up with a Jack Russell named Patty who was my constant companion. As a homeschooled child, my favorite memories were spending my days outdoors with her. Patty had several litters, and I loved raising the puppies. Those memories inspired me to breed with my family.What makes your program special?
Our puppies are raised in our home as part of our family. We focus on health, temperament, and early socialization through daily handling, crate training, basic commands, grooming preparation, and exposure to everyday sights and sounds. Every breeding dog is health tested, and each puppy goes home with a generous puppy package to help them transition into their new home.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Poodle puppies include toy and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Mandi partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“Our puppies are priced according to breed, pedigree, size, color, and breeding rights. Pet and full registration pricing varies. Please contact us for current availability and pricing. A $500 cash deposit is required to reserve your puppy. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available puppy at our discretion.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
