I'm Steve R., the breeder behind Yellowstone Breeders located in Cody, WY. Our pups are home-raised. We put a lot of care into socializing them so they can transition easily into their new lives. We decided to take our love for this breed to the next level by breeding our incredible dogs. We hope our puppies bring lots of joy and love into the hearts of their new families!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We were introduced several years ago to the breed, and fell in love. We wanted to own to own Bernedoodles We checked into the possibilities. Bought breeding pairs, and have loved them, and their puppies. They are a wonderful family dogs

  • What makes your program special?

    We LOVE our dogs, they are very well cared for. If we own them, we take care of them. They are like our family. We have regular vet visits to make sure they stay very healthy, and cared for.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Steve

Steve has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Steve partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Contract & health guarantee

Steve may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Steve and Karen were very responsive and kind. They FaceTimed with us and our new puppy Ranger. We set a time for pick up and Steve was prompt. They also gave us a bag of food, toys a blanket and shot records and detailed instructions on Ranger’s schedule so far. You can tell the puppies are well loved. Ranger is a sweet dog and has come into our family seamlessly.
