Youngsong Beagles

Lisa Y.

Breeder of Beagles

Meet the breeder

I'm Lisa Y., the breeder behind Youngsong Beagles located in Rapid City, SD. Our dogs live in our home and all puppies are raised in the home. We’re devoted to ensuring they remain part of the family and are given the best possible care and attention. Any dog used for breeding is health tested and monitored to ensure they are in good breeding condition.

Q. & A. with Lisa

  • Why did you start breeding?

I first started showing dogs in 1991, then bred my first litter in 1994. Breeding was a natural extension of showing.
  • What makes your program special?

All puppies are hand raised in our home with health tested parents. Each puppy is dewormed, vaccinated, health tested and microchipped before joining its new family. We don’t breed often and when we do, we work hard to match puppies with the right family.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
