I'm Sierra Z., the breeder behind Zehr’s Labradoodles & Bernedoodles located in Constableville, NY. We love raising puppies and being able to help you find your new family pet. Our dogs are very much a part of our family. Puppies are played with and socialized daily. We try to get them outside as much as possible! We hope you find the pet you’re looking for😊.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My husband started breeding dogs with his family when he was a teenager. He started our generation of labradoodles with his dog Lizzi, a chocolate Lab. Since meeting my husband, we've grown our dog business and we now have both labradoodles and bernedoodles. Raising puppies is something that is so fun for us to do together, and we love being able to see puppies be placed in their new homes!!

  • What makes your program special?

    We raise the puppies right in our home. They receive daily attention from us, as well as weekly visits from our nieces and nephews. Our dogs are part of our family. We welcome interested buyers to come and meet us and the puppies to make sure puppies are going to a good home and they’re the best fit for new families.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Bernedoodle puppies are medium size. Labradoodle puppies are medium size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Bernedoodle puppies include red, tri-color, and merle. Labradoodle puppies include merle, caramel, caramel red, chocolate, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Sierra

Sierra has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Puppies come with their first set of shots, a healthy vet check and a blanket that smells like mom. Puppies will be well socialized with kids, adults and other dogs. We require a $500 deposit to reserve your puppy.”

Contract & health guarantee

Sierra may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Sierra offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Sierra directly.

    I was very impressed with my whole experience working with Sierra and her puppies.
