I'm Jihan K., the breeder behind 12 Door Farm Labradors located in Puyallup, WA. We breed only THE best Labradors with a focus on exceptional health and a nice even temperament. Our AKC labs make excellent service dogs, hunting partners or family dogs. We start potty training and crate training and give pups as many positive experiences as possible!

Why did you start breeding?
We have always had dogs and loved them! A friend who breeds labs offered to help show us how to birth and raise puppies and it grew from there!What makes your program special?
We spend a lot of time looking at the temperment of our dogs and finding only the best pair to breed to produce labs with the characteristics we would want in dogs we own. I truly care about every dog we birth and raise and love the 12 Door Family and the bond that all of the families have with our family & each other.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Dilute Retriever puppies include silver, charcoal, yellow, black, chocolate, and fox red. Labrador Retriever puppies include black, chocolate, and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Jihan
Jihan has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Jihan partners with them to find the best puppy match.
"Families pick their puppy with assistance from me, when puppies are 6 weeks old in order of deposits placed. "
Price
"All puppies come with AKC paperwork (pet registration), hip/health guarantee, dewclaws removed, dewormed, first set of shots and AKC reunite microchip. Deposit can be moved to a different/later litter."

Jihan may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Centronuclear Myopathy (CNM), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

This process of getting a young puppy has been delightful. Jihan was so responsive and friendly and answered all questions while keeping our Tucker's progress up to date. She referred us to a vet, gave us food, toys, leash and collar which was amazing. She is so knowledgeable and helpful plus she really cares about these dogs which I loved.
