I'm Tina L., the breeder behind 3Laussies located in Paradise, TX. Here at 3Laussies, our love for the Australian Shepherd in the smaller variety, the 14"-18" called Mini are the size we strive for. However we do also have Standard size aussies, on occasion we have a limited number of Toy size Australian Shepherds (which is anything under 14in tall when mature). All of our dogs have been genetically tested. Our dogs are registered. As a small family breeder, our dogs are our up-most priority. We strive to produce to the breed standard a healthy, happy and very socialized Aussie. If you are considering a toy, mini or standard size Aussie, for show, agility, rally, nose work, herding or just your new best friend please give us a call.
Q. & A. with Tina
Why did you start breeding?
Our love for the working dogs started as children watching our parents and grandparents work sheep and cattle. Then those same dogs were our best friends, playmates, and guardians.
What makes your program special?
We put temperament above all else if a dog does not have the temperament we expect and love. They are not eligible to be in our breeding program. No matter how good testing, conformation, pedigree or beautiful. We stand behind our dogs and puppies for life!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include blue merle, red merle, red, and black. Toy Australian Shepherd puppies include red, black, blue merle, and red merle. Australian Shepherd puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
