I'm Kelsey B., the breeder behind 4 States Mini Dachshunds located in Joplin, MO. Kelsey has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Kelsey partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“Our babies come with their first 2 rounds of puppy vaccines, current on worming (including intestinal parasites), health certificate/record & health guarantee. They will also come with a goodie bag that has their first collar, play toys, favorite treats, a small bag of their dry food to incorporate into your choice of puppy food and a blanket that smells like Momma/siblings for comfort! Of course, the best is lots of love to give! We do require a non-refundable deposit for your sweet baby if their go home date is more than 1 week away or if you choose to ship them to you via air or ground.”
Kelsey may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
