I'm Debbie T., the breeder behind A1parti yorkies located in Saginaw, TX. Our dogs stole our hearts right from the start and we found ourselves wanting to get more involved. Breeding was a natural next step and we haven’t looked back since!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Me and my Daughter each got a puppy about a year and a half later we decided to breed them to give a family member one the rest we rehomed, and we made so many people happy from that person that lost their dog or from the little child. It was the first dog to see the smile on the there face happiness of people that’s why I’ve been doing this and stayed in it. I’ve become friends with all of my customers and I keep in touch and send me pictures regularly.

  • What makes your program special?

    I have beautiful dogs they are very well loved and socialized. They live in my home and all puppies are in my living room until they’re ready to go to their forever home and they are never in a cage they are checked by the vet sometimes too often before they go to there new home my vet laughs at me My number one Goal is they go to a loving home and and they’re healthy and can give the new owners years of unconditional love

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Debbie

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"This includes AKC, veterinary exam, first set of vaccines and worming comes with a month of pet insurance starts potty pad training will be loved and socialized. it will come with a bag to get the puppy started with instructions on how to take care of a new puppy."

Contract & health guarantee

Debbie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
