I'm Alea S., the breeder behind A&A Mini Dachshunds located in Honolulu, HI. Our breeding dogs are Australian Lines with full health testing. Puppies are raised indoors with Puppy Culture and lots of love and socialization. It would be our pleasure to introduce your family to your next Dachshund puppy!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My love for Border Collies inspired me to share this amazing breed with the world in a responsible way. My goal is to not only produce beautiful puppies, but to help promote responsible breeding in order to ensure that the Border Collie will continue to move forward for generations to come.

  • What makes your program special?

    My dogs are AKC registered and have received full health testing prior to being bred. All of my dogs have passed their AKC Canine Good Citizen test for excellent behavior. The puppies are hand-raised indoors with lots of love and socialization. It is important to me that I am breeding healthy puppies that will contribute positively overall to the line. I take pride in my work and will always stand behind my puppies.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Alea has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
