I'm Brieanna L., the breeder behind Abundance of Joy LLC Cocker Spaniels located in Cincinnati, OH. Our dogs are a big part of our family. It is important to us that the puppies we produce have the best start that we can give them! They are in our home, on our main floor, so they are exposed to all the sights and sounds of a busy, family home! We raise them as holistically as we possibly can.

Why did you start breeding?
I’m new to raising Cockers, but not new to breeding. I raised rabbits & did 4H as a child. I decided to breed cockers after having a hard time finding one from someone that I felt good buying from when I was looking to buy mine. Since I’ve fostered for our local shelters I am well aware of the pet overpopulation & wanted to make sure if we bring puppies into the world that we did so responsibly.What makes your program special?
Our dogs are AKC registered, and have had genetic screening done. Each dog was carefully chosen for our program, and they are so loved by our family. Our puppies are raised as holistically as possible (they are fed a quality kibble, they see a holistic vet, & we strongly encourage our puppy parents to look into titer testing). We do all that we can to give our pups their best start.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red and white, buff and white, black and tan, buff, black and white, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Brieanna partners with them to find the best puppy match.

"Our puppies are for pet homes only, with limited AKC registration (no breeding rights). If you are looking for a puppy for breeding or showing, we can have a conversation to discuss that. Should something arise where you are unable to get your puppy, the deposit can be applied to a future litter. If there is an issue at the vet check up, there is an option to get the deposit back."

+4Brieanna was so informative about the whole process, sending weekly updates, pictures and videos. I really liked that the puppies are raised in her home with her family and all the noise that comes with that. She sent home a tote bag full of information, blanket that had his litter mates scent, puppy food, information on how to change the microchip to my information and more. +4We had an excellent experience working with Brieanna to get our puppy. Before making our reservation she answered all the questions we had about the business, the puppies and their parents. We took our time making the decision and she was patient and worked with us on the terms of the contract. The questions she asked in return made it clear that she cares where the puppies will end up and wants to make sure the new owners can handle the responsibility. Once we made the reservation she provided detailed weekly updates on the growth and progress of the puppies as well as helpful suggestions for raising a puppy. In the three weeks since he came home, we can see he was well cared for; he's healthy, happy, confident, well socialized and a welcome addition to our family. Through the entire process, we found Brienna to be both professional and compassionate in the raising of these dogs and animals on the whole. We spent most of this year trying to find the right dog for us from the right family and are so glad to have found Brienna and her puppies.

My experience with Brieanna was one like no other, she was super responsive and answered any questions I had. She went above and beyond with regular vet visits, grooming, as well as chipping, she sent my Sora home with a bag of her food as well as instructions, all of her paperwork as well as helpful guides on grooming, ear cleaning, etc. She made sure the second I got her she helped move over the chip information into my name, and reached out to make sure all was well. Brieanna was amazing from first inquiry on Good Dog! I had contacted other breeders closer to our home but things weren’t quite right. Even though Brieanna was a 7 hour drive, I felt confident with the decision even without a visit prior to pick up. Every week she posted information and general info and links for us to prepare. Even though I’ve owned 3 other cockers - her info was welcomed as it had been 15 years since having a puppy. Brieanna was very responsive to every text and question. I loved that the puppies were in a family home. Mom and dad of puppies in the home, too She had all the criteria I was looking for and is registered with AKC.. At the pickup we knew things were perfect! We asked for her business card for a friend and she showed us where they were in a perfectly written binder of information from AKC paperwork to microchip info and login to food, behavior tips etc. Brieanna also sent home food, toys, clean up kit, behavior book, etc and a blanket for our journey. She clearly wanted to make sure her pup has a successful transition and a good home! Mozzie V is wonderful! Good breeding and environment. We Can’t thank Brieanna and her family enough ❤️❤️❤️🐾🐾🐾 I 100% recommend Brieanna ❤️
