I'm Renee G., the breeder behind Acadia's Cockers located in Church Point, LA. Our dogs excel both in and out of the show ring. They are excellent representations of the breed and have wonderful temperaments. We take responsible breeding very seriously, and we’re thorough in health testing and caring for our dogs. We make sure each puppy gets the proper group and individual attention that it needs to thrive, and we do all that we can to prepare them for their future roles and families.
Q. & A. with Renee
Why did you start breeding?
I have always loved Cocker Spaniels. Have owned one always since I was a child. Once my children were older I decided to go to a dog show . I was hooked on showing which led me to getting a better bred cocker and build my own line that continues today after over 20 years!
What makes your program special?
What makes my breeding program special is that I have experience over years of breeding lines that are healthy and sound, . I have stood the test of time.
Many buyers are now coming back for their second and 3 rd loving well temper d healthy pets!
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
