Meet the breeder

I'm Austyn G., the breeder behind AG Dachshunds located in Haslet, TX. My love for this breed began in childhood and has only grown stronger over the years. We prioritize health, temperament, and beauty in every litter. Our dachshunds are raised in a loving home environment, well-socialized, and treated as family from day one.

Q. & A. with Austyn

  • Why did you start breeding?

I grew up in a house full of miniature dachshunds, my mom always owned 4-5 at a time. After moving out, and starting a family of my own we decided to get our female, daisy, and decided we wanted to be able to spread the love of mini dachshunds to family and friends around us!
  • What makes your program special?

Our program specializes in well temperament family dogs. They will grown up and be raised around my own 2 littles since day 1 and will be well accustomed to kids and people.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include sable, piebald, cream, red, brindle, black and cream, black and tan, chocolate and tan, chocolate and cream, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
