Getting a puppy from Elizabeth
Elizabeth has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Elizabeth partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“Typically around 7-8 weeks families can pick out their puppy from the litter. We can arrange for them to observe in person, however I will also be showing many pictures and videos once deposits have been made. From birth their development and personality and growth will be documented and upon request shared with families.”
Price
“The price includes the AKC registration, first round of vaccinations, deworming, and puppy portfolio. The order of which your deposit is received determines your ordered pick of the litter.”

Joy comes from an outstanding pedigree with multiple Best in Specialty Show winners and numerous AKC Champions throughout her lineage. Her ancestry reflects generations of excellence in conformation, temperament, and breed quality. She is a special member of our family. She is an energetic, faithful and loving dog.
Parent health testing
Good level
Agape Acres Homestead English Labrador Retrievers reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Labrador Retrievers.
Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
D Locus (Dilute) DNA test, DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
