Elizabeth was so helpful through this entire process! I had never used GoodDog before so I was unaware of how the process worked. She was great and helped me through every single step. Elizabeth answered my questions at the beginning, shared pictures of Emmy and kept me updated on her vet appointments. Once the day came to pick Emmy up Elizabeth provided us with a bag full of things to get started, this thoughtful addition helped ease the transition for Emmy. If it wasn’t for Elizabeth I wouldn’t have such a wonderful and amazing dog, she truly was the best!

From day one, Elizabeth was very friendly and communicative in helping us find the perfect dog for our family. She sent a lot of updates from the time Blummy was born until the day we adopted him from her home. She sent us off with an adorable welcome basket full of food, blankets with the litter’s scent to make him feel more at ease, AKC papers, and everything we could possibly need to get started. Our little guy has the best temperament. He gets along with children, other dogs, and people. He’s so calm and easygoing, and we often get questions about where we adopted him from. We can’t recommend Elizabeth enough!! Thanks so much for our boy
