MaryAnn has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, MaryAnn partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“We take great care in matching the right puppy with the right home. We like to speak with the potential Puppy parents and see what their lifestyle is like as far as activities and travel and make sure the Puppy is matched with the correct family.”

“Our puppies are AKC registered, parents are Embark tested. Puppies are dewormed, dew claws removed, all shots are given by our veterinarian and you will receive a health exam letter from our veterinarian plus a health guarantee. We require a signed contract, a $500.00 deposit to hold your puppy. If something should happen to your puppy before you pick it up your deposit will be refunded. If you just change your mind the deposit will not be refunded.”
MaryAnn may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. We still have two little male puppies available. I have updated the system to show them playing together and how well they get along. They are very outgoing, very playful, loving/and socialized. They got a full clean bill of health from our veterinarian at their six week health check. If interested, please contact and let me know if you would like more pictures or additional information.
