Breeder of Australian Shepherds

Meet the breeder

I'm Jennifer T., the breeder behind Ahava's Australian Shepherds located in Ashland, WI. We’re so excited to be able to help families experience the longtime loyalty of welcoming a new puppy into their lives! Our dogs are an integral part of our lives. We raise them as a cohesive part of our family from day one to ensure that they’ll make the best and most versatile companions to your family!

Q. & A. with Jennifer

  • Why did you start breeding?

We had specifics of what we wanted in a breed and when we narrowed down the search we landed with Aussies. That is when we got Millie, she is the perfect couch potato, hiking/running partner, beach goer and all around supporter of each person of the family.
  • What makes your program special?

We are enthusiastic about our program and our goals of the potential of breeding for service animals. Temperament is of utmost importance, as well as producing healthy and versatile Aussies. We work with passion, heart, and integrity, and we truly want what's best for our puppies and their families.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
