Q. & A. with Lisa

  • Why did you start breeding?

I started off dog training. I got my first Aussie and fell in love with the breed. I started off with just a couple and then expanded. I started showing in agility, obedience and then confirmation. I love working with puppies so it was a perfect fit for me.
  • What makes your program special?

The fact that we screen all of our breeding dogs to make sure they have sound and stable dispositions, genetic testing and structural soundness. We also start training the puppies for our families.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Australian Shepherd puppies include black & white, red merle, blue merle, red, yellow, dilute blue, and black tri-color. Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include red & white, blue merle, black tri, red tri, red merle, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to share my amazing experience getting my new pup from Mrs. Lisa! Seriously, she's the best. From the moment I talked to her, I could tell how much she cares about her dogs. I was looking for a dog who could eventually become a service and medical alert dog, and she totally helped me find the perfect match. My pup is incredible! So smart and loyal – she's already alerted me to a few medical emergencies, and we haven't even started any formal scent training yet! She's the sweetest, calmest dog, and gets along wonderfully with my three little kids. She's healthy as a horse, with perfect vet checkups so far. Getting her from Mrs. Lisa is going to help me regain some of my independence, which I'm so grateful for. And the best part? Mrs. Lisa sent us home with a whole goodie bag – toys, treats, a comfy blanket, and even an info booklet! It was so thoughtful. I can't thank her enough! If you're looking for a truly amazing dog and an equally amazing breeder who genuinely loves her pups, you absolutely HAVE to check out Mrs. Lisa.

It was so wonderful working with Lisa. You can tell how much she truly cares about these animals based on how well they are taken care of. Lisa also takes the time to explain some basics of caring for aussie puppies and adapting as they grow. It was such a pleasure to talk to her and we cannot be more excited or obsessed with our brand new fur baby.
