All Dogs go to Heaven

I'm John M., the breeder behind All Dogs go to Heaven located in Covington, GA. At our home, we raise Toy Aussiedoodles with a strong focus on temperament, health, structure, and socialization. Our dogs are family members first, and every puppy is raised inside our home with plenty of hands-on attention, daily interaction, and early exposure to new sights, sounds, people, and experiences. Our goal is to raise confident, affectionate, well-adjusted companions that transition smoothly into their new families. One part of our breeding philosophy that’s important to us is preserving each puppy’s natural appearance. We choose to leave both tails and front dew claws intact. While tail docking was historically done in some working breeds to help reduce injuries in specific jobs, our puppies are bred to be loving family companions rather than working dogs. We believe a natural tail allows dogs to communicate more effectively through body language and helps with balance and movement. We also leave the front dew claws because they are a natural part of the dog’s anatomy. They are attached by bone, tendons, and ligaments and can provide additional stability during running, turning, climbing, and play. Although dew claws can occasionally be injured, we feel that for the vast majority of family pets, the benefits of keeping them outweigh the potential risks. We understand that every breeder has their own philosophy, and we respect that. This is simply the approach that aligns with our values and the type of healthy, naturally raised family companions we strive to produce.
