Veronica has been amazingly helpful. While we've already purchased our new baby, our shihtzu we already have has been ill, so we haven't been able to bring our new guy home yet. Veronica was helpful in getting back to me and answering every question about the puppies that were available. If there was any change in availability she was sure to let me know. When it came down to the day I was going to get to go two of the puppies I was interested in had already been sold...while I was disappointed and getting really nervous - the selection left was just meant to be...there were two left and they were both perfect - it was hard to decide and leave one behind...but Veronica and actually the whole family was very supportive and was not in a rush at all. They took the time making sure the match is right. Twix has been the biggest blessing after losing my husband. Honestly - he has been so easy to housebreak even from the start and he is by my side all the time. From the first night he slept all night. He gets along great with people. The puppies were all very good natured, healthy, with beautiful coats of hair. I am so happy Veronica was so patient to let me take my time picking one. Even after I got home Veronica continued answering my questions. After Twix and I move to our new home this fall - I definitely will think of Aloha Shih Tzu when I decide to get Twix a brother. I highly recommend Aloha Shih Tzu if you are looking for a puppy with a great disposition, for a beautiful doggie, and well taken care of while in the care of the breeder - the puppies were clean, healthy and happy. Our experience with Veronica and Maria was so easy, reassuring, and straight forward. Our girl Daisy (Molly) is the absolute best girl. Her demeanor is so amazing. She is the easiest puppy I have ever encountered. This is my husband and I’s first shih tzu together but we have both owned the breed before. The good breeding shows on these puppies and they love to keep up with them as they grow. They truly love the breed and their puppies. It is evident. I recommend Veronica to everyone looking to add a high quality and loving new fur baby to their family! We adore our girl!
