I'm Stacy F., the breeder behind Always Darling Dachshunds located in Fenton, MI. .We take pride in responsibly raising and training our puppies, giving them the best foundation to grow into well-rounded, cherished family companions. Our breeding program focuses on excellent conformation, health, and temperament—producing not just beautiful dogs, but loving ones.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I grew up with dachshunds—my grandparents had them, and I loved helping care for them. As an adult, I found one of my own and quickly fell in love with the special kind of love only a dachshund can give. Wanting to share that same joy with others, I began breeding, with the goal of creating happy, healthy, and loving family companions for others to cherish.

  • What makes your program special?

    From the very first day, our puppies are gently introduced to love, touch, and early stimulation, helping them grow into happy, confident little companions. By the time they’re ready for their forever families, they’re already used to people, other pets, and all the everyday sounds of a busy home. Raised right underfoot, in the middle of our daily lives, they’re cherished, well-socialized, and yes—just a little bit spoiled.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include piebald, cream, red, chocolate, brindle, and chocolate and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Stacy partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“I take great pride in raising and socializing each of my puppies. From the very beginning, I spend time teaching them important life skills and helping them build confidence. They are introduced to going up and down stairs, using a dog door, having their nails trimmed, getting baths and interacting positively with other dogs. Every puppy receives individual attention to help them develop into a happy, well-adjusted companion. My goal is not just to raise healthy puppies, but to prepare them for a successful transition into their new families. Finding the right home for each puppy is extremely important to me. I want every puppy to be matched with a loving family that is committed to providing a lifetime of love, care, patience, and companionship. I believe every puppy deserves a home where they will be cherished as a valued member of the family.”
