I'm Glenda P., the breeder behind Always Trippin' Doxie Life located in Griffin, GA. We have developed several protocols to ensure the health & well-being of all of our dogs. It’s our top priority to ensure our puppy families welcome a happy & healthy new baby into their home! All puppies are sold with LIMITED REGISTRATION, unless Full Registration is approved prior to deposit.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Growing up with large dogs, I never imagined I’d develop such affection for a small, spirited breed. But in 2013, after my daughter begged for a miniature dachshund, I agreed — and that decision changed everything. We brought home Leo, affectionately called “Wiener,” and he quickly became the dog who stole my heart. That was the start of something I never expected: a full-blown dachshund obsession. And truly, once you have one, it’s impossible to stop at just one.

  • What makes your program special?

    My family is deeply involved in raising our puppies, and they are lovingly handled by my grandkids from day one. Each puppy is dewormed every two weeks, bathed regularly, has their nails trimmed, and is gently exposed to normal household noises to help ensure a smooth transition into your home. Still, life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. If that ever happens, I will ALWAYS take back one of my dogs. I never want any of my dogs surrendered to a shelter or rehomed through anyone but me.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Glenda

Glenda has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Glenda partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
