I'm Pamela A., the breeder behind Amberwood DD Aussies located in Vacaville, CA. We are considered Hobby Breeders. Our fur babies are ASDR registered, parents DNA cleared, quality Colorado bloodlines and come with a 3 generation pedigree. This is our first litter from Sugar, 3 years old, 25lb mini Black Tri and our Sire-Jack is nearly 1.5 years old, 25lb Red Tri. We love our dogs and just had to share there purebred beauty, smarts, temperament, agility and so playful loving ways with you.

Q. & A. with Pamela

  • Why did you start breeding?

We have been a Hobby Breeder as of now for 3 years. Rex, Amara and Sugar are just great dogs that we needed to share with other families. However, their instincts would have made them the happiest working dogs ever. I can't get over the agility and grace this breed has. Our experience with raising Amara and Rex's puppies has been a joyous experience.
  • What makes your program special?

Having one small litter at a time is so wonderful because we get to play and love them all. Our home is open for you to meet your new puppy (w/paid deposit). Each litter and parents are registered with ASDR. Their generation genetics are cleared for breeding (rights not included). We have their DNA from Paw Print Genetics and the puppies will have their 3-5 generation Pedigrees printed as well for you to take home. All of our families are very happy with their fur babies and would be available to speak with you if need assurances regarding my program and the intelligence and personalities of the new loved one...
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include blue merle, black tri, red tri, and red merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

Amberwood DD Aussies was a wonderful breeder to work with. Took great care to make sure the puppy and new family meld and allowed for time to interact and get to know the pups and family dog parents. Wonderful experience! Great turn out and would be happy to work with them in future for another pup.
