Angela C.

Breeder of Yorkshire Terriers

Meet the breeder

I'm Angela C., the breeder behind Angela Coleman located in Tucson, AZ. We are dedicated to providing deserving families with a life long companion and quality pet!

Q. & A. with Angela

  • Why did you start breeding?

My father was dying and my mother was at a loss. I got her "Bear" for Mother's Day and by Thanksgiving my father was gone. She poured her grief out to that little dog and that little dog kept her alive. Five pounds of magnificent. We decided to get him a wife, her name was Violette. That's how things began.
  • What makes your program special?

Our dogs are like treasured family members and we stay in close contact with their new owners! We insist on a give-back provision in our contract so that if an owner's situation changes where they cannot care for their dog, we will take them back and even go pick them up if travel is an issue. One gentleman had a whole series of unexpected surgeries and we kept his dog over a year for him!
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
