Why did you start breeding?
HI my name is lenny. I got into breeding for the love of Dutch Shepherds. I am so attached to my dogs I wanted to make sure the lineage lived on. My dogs are intelligent fearless and loving. Traits that are passed on to there pups.What makes your program special?
My breeding program is small and is done from home. My adult dogs are sourced from top breeders in KNPV programs in Holland. We don't have a huge social media presence as we are very selective about who gets our dogs. We do health testing and list BRN numbers for adult dogs in the breeding program. We also have a training facility in Massachusetts available to our clients where they can advance in any direction with their puppies. Including board and train or one on one training.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $2,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes first Vet visit and all vaccinations needed. Also includes microchip. All of our puppies are the same price. Are deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another litter if something comes up and you can't take the puppy at that time.”

About Smoke
Smoke was imported from the Netherlands and has been trained in the KNPV program. Smoke comes from a very successful bloodline. His sire is the famous Tommy pegge who’s produced hundreds of offspring for all types of work around the world. Smoke like his father is a very powerful strong independent dog. Smoke also has a very social side to him and could fit into any family setting and be the perfect companion.

Kyra is Tommy Peggy Daughter. The Peggy lineage is super famous in Holland and has produced many successful litters. This line also produced many KNVP champions at competitions all over Europe. This dog has super ball and hunt drive and will produce great puppies. To her credit she has beautiful brindle markings and is a stunning looker.

Pinda BRN 48084 is a dutch shepherd we have imported from holland that comes from knpv bloodlines. Pinda's father is the KNPV national champion from 2023. Pinda is also a long hair dutch shepherd witch is also very rare and hard to find. Pinda has a very high ball drive and also very willing to please her owner.

Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Spine (OFA, FCI)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

+4Lenny made the whole process as seamless as possible. I was also skeptical about purchasing working dog via the internet but Lenny was there to ease any issues with great communication and responsiveness. The Dutch Shepherd puppy I got ( Smoke x Pinda ) has to be the the smartest puppy I've personally come across and hes got a great temperment! At 10 weeks old he's almost potty trained! I would absolutly recommend Lenny and Apache to anyone looking for a Dutchie!

Lenny at Apache Canine eased all of my concerns and truly made it a stress free and seamless experience. Our Nova is an absolutely amazing dog with a huge heart. She has such a high drive and is very eager to please myself and my girlfriend. She is a great working dog and we could not ask for more. She’s 6 months now and is going to be a great protection dog.
