I'm Paula R., the breeder behind April Meadows Farm located in Mariposa, CA. ! We do our best to breed with total care by primarily focusing on raising healthy, affectionate, and loyal companions. As a result of our efforts, we’re positive our puppies will become perfect family members and add just as much joy to your life as they have ours!

Why did you start breeding?
After we were married we worked together on our Dairy of 300 Holsteins and we are always home and it's hard to get away when you have a dairy. It's not just an occupation it's a way of life, it's was a great way to raise our children and having the pets we do. That's why Paula found the desire to do what she does so well and on occasion have our Doxies have a litter per year. At the time we only had one Aussie and he was a male.What makes your program special?
What makes our Aussies so special, well for one thing they are our pets first and foremost. Paula put the needs of our Dogs first and the caring for their puppies. The families that adopted our puppies took home a puppy that was given the care and attention that was needed to grow and be the best pet they could be.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
