I'm Andrew & Nayef H., the breeder behind Arc-en-Ciel Biewers & Maltese located in Kerhonkson, NY. We focus on intentional breeding so that we can produce quality puppies that are excellent representations of the standard. Our goal is to ensure every dog that comes from our program is set up to live a happy and healthy life and is prepared for its future role when it leaves our care. We provide each of our pups with lots of socialization and love, and we are dedicated to maintaining responsible breeding policies.

What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include blue tan and white and black tan and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Andrew & Nayef has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $1,750 non-refundable deposit and between $1,750 - $3,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes a litter evaluation from our veterinarian, the health guarantee stated in our contract, minimum of two deworming and two distemper parvo vaccines, additional distemper parvo vaccine(s) and bordetalla after 12 weeks, AKC registration, a puppy package on the day of pick up and lifetime support. 50% after meeting (in person or video chat) and signing contract. We do not sell puppies from photos, and we only place puppies with the families we meet in person and who will pick up their puppy from our home.”

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
