I'm Irina G., the breeder behind Arkada Sirene Kennel located in Staten Island, NY. ARKADA SIRENE is a family-owned Bedlington Terrier kennel, located in Staten Island, New York. All Bedlington Terriers in my kennel are clear in cooper toxicosis. Genetically healthy and phenotypically beautiful offspring is a goal of my kennel breeding program!

Why did you start breeding?
My first Bedlington Mayberry's Julius of August stepped in my house 10 years ago from Denver, CO. Julius lives his happy life as the boss in my house. Augusta Blue Diamond from Switzerland was imported from Switzerland in 2016 and started my successful breeding program with top-ranked male sires.What makes your program special?
Augusta has become my progenitor bitch of ARKADA SIRENE KENNEL carrying genes from top-ranked Eastern European/ Scandinavian bloodlines. A very successful outcross breeding produces superior traits like great reach, drive and gait, correct angulation and a pure terrier temperament, helping to preserve unique features of this rare breed!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include sandy and blue. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

"The price includes show/pet quality guarantee, AKC registration, deworming, microchipping, Afull vaccinations, DNA cooper toxicosis testing, socialization and training. All of my puppies are the same price regardless of gender or coat color. Includes registration, vaccinations and microchip."

VITAS is a 18 month-old Sandy male who was welcomed to our ARKADA SIRENE BEDLIGTON TERRIERS kennel as a Lithuania JR CH, Estonia JR CH, Latvia JR CH - making him an exceptional JUNIOR BALTIC CHAMPION. Vitas commences his Championship journey in the United State as the offspring of two legendary parents of World Junior Winner 2017 Sire and World Winner 2024/European World Junior Winner 2023 Dam. He carries an impressive genetic pedigree and a very promising to leverage his European genetic potential to enhance the quality of our brood bitches. Beyond his impressive genes, Vitas possesses the most mellow and gentlemen temperament, shining his deep loyalty and tremendous affection to his owners.

AUGUSTA BLUE DIAMOND FROM SWITZERLAND - Augusta is an absolutely unique bitch with the most pronounced maternity instincts ever met, allowing her to produce and raise five healthy litters, every litter had 7, 5 and triple 6s, and she never lost a puppy. Her puppies carry all color genes including rear Tan color variation. Augusta was imported from Switzerland in 2016 and since then, she produced eight American Champions and one Canadian Champion, among which two GCH Bronze and three GCHs. Augusta's puppies are highly qualified among other breeders of Bedlington Terriers as the beautiful show dogs with high show prospect potential and incredible temperament!

Irina has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
