All adult Yorkies are DNA genetic health tested. We offer a 1 year health warranty.     As a devoted Yorkshire Terrier enthusiast and lifelong owner, my unwavering passion for this charming breed drives my commitment to excellence in breeding. With a keen eye for breeding standards and an emphasis on the well-being of my dogs, I strive to provide families with furry companions that bring joy and warmth to their homes.

  • What makes your program special?

    I am dedicated to producing beautiful, natural Yorkies with amazing temperaments, raised in our home surrounded by constant love and attention. Adult Yorkies are DNA genetic health tested. Puppies go to their new families after a full vet examination, deworming, first vaccinations, microchip, one year health warranty, 30 days free Trupanion insurance, and goodie bag.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chocolate and tan, parti, blue and gold, black and gold, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Caitlin

Caitlin has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include between $2,500 - $4,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"The price includes a full vet examination, first puppy vaccinations, deworming, microchip, health warranty, 30 days free Trupanion insurance, Royal Canin Yorkshire Terrier puppy food, and goodie bag. The non-refundable holding fee will reserve the selected puppy until pick up. On the day of pick, the holding fee will be applied the cost of the puppy."

    1000% best experience with a pet of my life. Maverick is the best! Caitlin handled everything for me and has been very communicative with me even after taking Maverick home. All of his shots, anti-flea and heart worm meds and grooming were handled. I have very clearly laid out calendar of when to get booster shots. She also got Maverick microchipped for me! Maverick is registered with CKC as well thanks to Caitlin. I went to Pickup Maverick myself and all of her dogs are so kind and peaceful, with lots of space and cognitive learning toys.
