We truly got lucky with our breeder, Heather. She is such a wonderful and kind soul, and the entire experience was amazing from the very first day we connected with her about the puppy. She ensured that puppy received all the required vaccines at his age and kept all the testing and vaccination documents were up to date. She had already started potty training him to go outside, which was incredibly helpful for us. She asked us the preferable name and trained him with the new name for a few days. All of this made the transition much smoother for puppy and for us as well Before bringing him home, she kept us connected through FaceTime calls, photos, and videos, and provided us with plenty of information about both the puppy and his parents. She personally delivered the puppy to us and has always been available over text whenever we have questions. As first-time pet parents, that support has meant a lot to us. We are truly grateful that we connected with Heather, and we could not have asked for a healthier or more wonderful puppy.
