I'm Ashlee M., the breeder behind Ashlee's Aussies located in Eubank, KY. A little about me! I’m a nurse with a passion for caring for others, and I believe the same compassion, loyalty, and connection should be reflected in the dogs I raise. My Australian Shepherds are a huge part of my life, and my goal is to preserve the qualities that make this breed so special. I breed Australian Shepherds for intelligence, loyalty, unique personalities, and gentle temperaments. My focus is on producing well-socialized, eager-to-learn puppies from stable, versatile parents so each pup grows into a confident, connected, and exceptional lifelong companion. My boy Swayzee is a perfect example of what I strive for in my program. He is a double-registered therapy dog through AKC and joins me at the hospital, bringing comfort, love, and a calm presence to those around him.

Why did you start breeding?
I started breeding because I wanted to share the joy Aussies have always brought me. My first Aussie, Keeko, showed me the deep bond this breed offers. Later, Swayzee’s gentle, loyal personality inspired me even more. When I added Fancee—his perfect match—I knew their tender, well-mannered temperaments would create truly exceptional puppies.
What makes your program special?
My program focuses on producing Aussies with intelligence, athleticism, gentle temperaments, and great manners. My dogs are genetically tested, well-socialized, and raised in my home like family. I prioritize temperament, structure, and soundness so each puppy is prepared for a lifetime of success and connection with their new families.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black & white, black, red merle, blue merle, red, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Ashlee

Ashlee has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Ashlee partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,100 - $1,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Pricing includes AKC registration with papers, vaccinations, deworming and a veterinarian approved health assessment. All puppies require a $200 deposit in order for the buyer to officially claim them.”

Contract & health guarantee

Ashlee may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. She is certified as an AKC STAR Puppy, Canine Good Citizen (CGC), Urban Canine, and Community Canine, showcasing her intelligence, trainability, and solid temperament. As a mother, she has been nothing short of amazing—tender, attentive, patient, and deeply bonded to her puppies. Fancee has a naturally sweet personality with a fun, playful spark that makes her a joy to be around. She’s the type of dog who instantly makes people smile, and like Swayzee, she truly has never met a stranger. Her balance of affection, confidence, and joyful temperament makes her a wonderful foundation for producing puppies with loving, stable, family-friendly dispositions.

About Swayzee
Swayzee is the definition of a once-in-a-lifetime dog—gentle, steady, and endlessly loyal. He holds an impressive list of accomplishments, including AKC STAR Puppy, Canine Good Citizen (CGC), Urban Canine, Community Canine, AKC Therapy Dog, and Love on a Leash Therapy Dog. He is currently training as an AKC Trick Dog, and his intelligence shines through in everything he does. Swayzee has one of the calmest temperaments you’ll find in an Aussie—quiet, laid back, affectionate, and deeply people-oriented. He’s the type of dog who leaves an impression on everyone he meets; nobody is a stranger to him, and he wins hearts everywhere he goes. His gentle soul, remarkable manners, and emotional intuition make him an ideal sire for producing exceptional companions.

DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
