I'm Sarah M., the breeder behind Aussie Odyssey located in Rochester, PA. All of our puppies will be… ~ raised inside our home with love and care ~ raised with ENS and ESI starting at 3 days old ~ temperament tested and will have personalities evaluated ~ vet checked and up to date on all vaccines ~ microchipped before going to forever homes ~ registered with (limited) AKC registration.

Why did you start breeding?
When we got our first Australian Shepherd, she added so much love and joy into our family. She filled a void in us that we didn’t know we had. I just want to be able to share that feeling of happiness with other families. That’s why I started Aussie Odyssey!What makes your program special?
We believe in quality over quantity. We produce limited litters to ensure we keep our dogs and puppies as happy and healthy as possible.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red & white, black & white, red merle, blue merle, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Sarah
Sarah has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Sarah partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.
"We care deeply about our puppies well-being after they leave us. When placing our puppies with families we take care to make the best match. All our puppies will have temperaments and personalities evaluated after 6 weeks old. This way we can match puppies and families together who best suit each other’s lifestyle. Deposits for puppies will be accepted after evaluations are complete."

"This price includes: ~ a 1 year health guarantee ~ 30 days free AKC pet insurance ~ a puppy go-home bag ~ lifetime breeder support. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE! **Please be sure to do your research and educate yourself on the Australian Shepherd breed before making the deposit!** This deposit will go towards the final purchase price of the puppy! After the deposit is paid, the remaining balance MUST be paid in full when picking up the puppy for “go-home” day! All of our puppies will be the same price regardless of coat color or gender."

Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1), DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
