Meet the breeder

I'm Maggie O., the breeder behind Aussiedoodles by Maggie located in Yacolt, WA. We are a small, in home breeding program. We don't often have new litters as we believe in quality over quantity. We have found for the busy family, a super smart/eager to please, & low shedding dog is a good fit. Message us for zoom calls to meet the pups, we are available most days & times!

Q. & A. with Maggie

  • Why did you start breeding?

Our dogs are a part of our family. We wanted to be able to share our love for quality companion dogs with others in a responsible way. We love the aussiedoodle as we live in a rural area with cows and chickens. We wanted more of a farm dog with the poodle/doodle coat, and thats how we found our beloved aussiedoodle, Rosie, and her best friend Gypsy.
  • What makes your program special?

I love my dogs. They are an integral part of my family. If we were not breeding them, nothing would be any different in their care or place in the family. We don't just have dogs so we can breed them. We have puppies because we have healthy, well mannered, loveable dogs and we believe their puppies can similarly bring meaning and fulfillment to the lives of others. Come join our adventure!
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Poodle puppies are standard size. Aussiedoodle puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Poodle puppies include apricot, black, cream, and parti. Aussiedoodle puppies include blue merle, black phantom, black and white, and black tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

We can't say enough nice things about Maggie. She is responsive, honest, and very knowledgeable. As a first time puppy-mom, she made me feel at ease, gave us many easy and successful tips (but nothing overwhelming), and followed up with us days, weeks, and months after we took our sweet puppy home. We are so in love with our dog and can't imagine our life without him. We recommend Maggie without hesitation. Full service, 10/10, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thank you for everything so far, Maggie, and we look forward to continuing to be in touch!

Maggie was great to work with and an ethical breeder who is very knowledgeable. When Zoe came home with us she was already house trained and would immediately sit when it was feeding time. She quickly became friends with her older sisters and we couldn’t imagine life without her wonderful personality and gentle spirit. We are so glad we found Maggie and so happy to have Zoe as part of our family!

Working with Maggie was an incredible experience! She was amazing at keeping in touch and so easy to work with. It was very obvious she cared about us and all of the puppies. She puts so much care and love into them all and it was really special to see especially from the person you are getting your new family member from! She updated us regularly and made sure to answer any and all questions we had! And her willingness to answer questions and keep in touch even after we brought our puppy home has been great. The puppies were so well socialized and our boy is amazing with kids! We appreciate Maggie very much!

Thanks to Maggie we now have the best dog ever! He was already well socialized and behaved when we picked him up and adopted us immediately. These puppies are obviously well taken care of and even came with a personality test so there would be no surprises! First-rate turnover of the pup and information to make sure we would have no issues. We could not be happier. Plus, every puppy in the litter was a beauty - we would have had any of them!
