Why did you start breeding?
I began breeding Australian Shepherds began when I took in a dog someone else felt was “too much.” Instead of seeing a problem, I saw intelligence, heart, and potential—and I fell in love with the breed instantly. I started following Aussie sites on social media and saw that rehoming happened too often with Aussies. I wanted to be a part of changing that.What makes your program special?
I am passionate about helping prevent common behavioral challenges that can lead to rehoming. I believe it is our responsibility as breeders to understand the breed’s natural intelligence, sensitivity, and desire to be close. By meeting those needs early and training with patience, love, and consistency, each puppy can grow into a stable, adaptable, and devoted member of their forever family.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red merle and black tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Alixe has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Alixe partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“Price includes crate, 1st shots, micro chip, heartbeat toy, blanket that smells like littermates and mom, bowl, leash, collar and beginning training in house breaking, crates, and leash. The puppies are priced individually and will come with a crate, microchipped, 1st shots and dewormer, blanket, heartbeat toy, bowl, leash and collar. $100 refundable deposit to hold a specific puppy.”

About Coop
Cooper is a stunning red merle with heterochromia eyes; one blue and one hazel and a cropped tail. He is high energy and has a fun personality. He is very athletic, and loves to chase a ball. Of my two Aussies, Cooper is the sweetest, always sensing how I am and responding appropriately. The best thing about Cooper is his attitude. He is a happy dog always looking to have fun. He is a great reminder of what is important in life; love and joy.

About Annie
Annie Mae is a 4 year old sweet black tri with striking blue eyes. She is a calm and loving girl who loves walks, playing with Cooper, and belly rubs. She was born to be a mama! Even with her first litter, she knew exactly what to do and took such good care of her puppies. She and Cooper have been best friends since she was 8 weeks old.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
