I'm Melissa M., the breeder behind Aussies Acre located in Copperas Cove, TX. My sire and dams are health tested, registered, highly intelligent, beautiful and very loving! Both parents and puppies are nurtured inside of an active home that is filled with the noises of children, chores, pets, and everyday life.🙂.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I began breeding in 2020 and continue to co-own the smaller program in east Texas. ❤️ It was so easy to fall in love with Aussies..😂😁 but, I adore this breed for their versatility. They are amazingly multi-talented animals who continue to impress me with their agility, focus, stamina and understanding!

  • What makes your program special?

    My program is special because I can match you with the puppy personality to suit your lifestyle, and provide you with additional training support. Our house is very lively, as is the outdoor space, providing a safe and fun loving environment for puppies to thrive. I have children of all ages who allow me an amazing opportunity for puppy socialization as well. ✅️🐾🥰

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Aussiedoodle puppies are standard size. Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include tiny and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Aussiedoodle puppies include brown and white, apricot, sable, red merle, and red tri-color. Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include blue merle, black tri, red tri, and red merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Melissa

Melissa has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Melissa partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $3,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes ASDR registration, first vaccinations, worming, grooming, early training and socialization. Transition food and at home training support will be provided to you as well. 🙂. Deposits are required to place a puppy on hold. If your circumstances should change, I will need to start over on his/her placement process after valuable time has been lost.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
